Movement Strategy is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to ensure opportunities move cleanly through their pipeline and internal teams are aligned and prepared. The role requires 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or similar cross-functional coordination roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or similar cross-functional coordination roles
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams and keeping stakeholders aligned through fast-moving timelines
• Strong operational ownership: creating clarity, structure, and follow-through in ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort partnering with senior leaders and supporting decision-making through preparation and coordination
• Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive internal and client-facing information
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to prevent things from stalling or slipping through the cracks
