Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or similar cross-functional coordination roles
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams and keeping stakeholders aligned through fast-moving timelines
- Strong operational ownership: creating clarity, structure, and follow-through in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort partnering with senior leaders and supporting decision-making through preparation and coordination
- Strong judgment and discretion with sensitive internal and client-facing information
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to prevent things from stalling or slipping through the cracks
