We're looking for a passionate and business-minded Youth Team Coach to join our team of coaches who deliver practice content to our youth climbing teams and craft the experience for all levels of Youth Team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values and have experience in climbing instruction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with youth.
