Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA & PA). Provide technical consulting and problem solving. Support PoC, FAT and product testing. Provide technical training and on-site seminars to customers. Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives.
