MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program is a structured early-career program for recent engineering graduates seeking to apply their technical knowledge in customer-facing roles. Participants will gain foundational training in industrial networking and automation, hands-on project experience, and exposure to three career tracks.
Requirements
- Develop a strong technical foundation through Moxa’s structured training program on products, solutions, and applications.
- Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
- Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions.
- Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities.
- Demonstrate and uphold Moxa’s core values in all interactions.
