- Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows.
- Customize GoHighLevel features to meet the needs of various clients.
- Design and maintain lifecycle logic across leads, opportunities, and clients to ensure consistent automation behavior.
- Manage large-scale System data hygiene, including deduplication, attribution consistency, and lifecycle stage accuracy.
- Support migration and rollout of new automations across hundreds of accounts.
- Ensure marketing automation aligns with booking flows, messaging architecture, and operational processes.
- Set up and manage Facebook integrations within GoHighLevel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure data synchronization between GoHighLevel and Facebook.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and translate them into efficient workflows.
- Continuously monitor and improve workflow efficiency.
- Execute phased rollouts with batching strategies to control risk.
- QA rollout (Setup, booking links).
- Troubleshoot rollout issues across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain attribution models to measure campaign performance.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights on marketing activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage the rollout of marketing workflows across 200+ accounts.
- Ensure consistency and scalability in workflow deployment.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on workflow usage.
- Utilize GoHighLevel to monitor and manage online reviews and reputation.
- Implement strategies to enhance positive reviews and address negative feedback.
- Analyze reputation data to improve overall client satisfaction.
- Build and execute email and text marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel.
- Develop targeted campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Be available to answer questions on Slack and provide timely support to team members and clients.
- Participate in client calls to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide expert insights.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Act as subject matter expert for CRM automation across internal teams.
- Provide guidance on automation feasibility and implementation timelines.
