Job Description
At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices. We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to own access provisioning, help desk operations, and device management, ensuring our team can work quickly, securely, and without friction.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical operations roles in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
- Familiarity with modern SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, device management tools, VPN/access tools).
- Strong troubleshooting skills — you can diagnose issues, resolve them efficiently, and know when to escalate.
