Requirements
- 0-3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ad operations, or analytics-driven account management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and campaign diagnostics
- Experience with marketing/ad tech platforms, CRM tools, and Excel or SQL (preferred)
- Comfort with technical implementation — pixels, API integrations, and lead delivery flows
- Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for execution; you thrive in fast-moving, data-intensive environments
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive impact beyond your immediate scope
