Job Description
Mozilla Foundation is seeking a Director, Grassroots Engagement to lead the overall strategy and performance of its grassroots engagement and fundraising program. The role will set the strategic direction and goals for the program, including key performance indicators and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital fundraising, grassroots engagement, or direct response programs
- 3 years in a senior leadership role with direct revenue accountability
- Experience running complex, high-volume email programs and multi-channel fundraising strategies at significant scale
- Ability to set direction, create buy-in, and deliver measurable results for a program area
- Experience managing and developing staff, including managing other managers
- Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams effectively
