Job Description
Mozilla is seeking a Senior Staff Analyst, GRC to define, develop, and implement a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework for their Enterprise and Product verticals. The role will focus on aligning security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management initiatives across the organization, supporting Product, Enterprise, and other internal departments with a roadmap, metrics, and audit processes. Mozilla is a non-profit organization committed to making the internet better for people and a leader in open-source software.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GRC strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the creation and enforcement of standards, policies, controls, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory standards and frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC2, CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
