Faith-Based Membership Development Representative

Mpathic is hiring Member Development Representatives (MDRs) to drive acquisition of new partnerships for customer Communio. Communio partners with church communities to uncover marriage and relationship health through survey and data insights tools.

Requirements

• Understanding and experience working 'on the ground' in ministry
• Demonstrably superb verbal and written communication skills
• A habit of empathy, placing the needs of prospective members above other considerations
• Professional or substantial volunteer experience in Church ministry
• B2B Sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a close-knit team and autonomously
• Professional, courteous, and generous work attitude with a desire and ability to learn
• Meticulous habits in logging sales interactions via established business processes and tools
• Experience working with Office365 applications
• Experience working with CRMs and Contact Center platforms
