CNC Maintenance Technician role involves providing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, machine controller, and manufacturing support systems maintenance duties, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, and working on project type work.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field, or High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of related technical work experience, or CNC field service experience
- Ability to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization ability
- Microsoft Office software
- Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting abilities
- Experience disassembling/reassembling major equipment for PM rebuilds with limited supervision by following electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Working knowledge on gear/belt drives, motor/pump systems, inverters, Servo motors, CNC controls
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls a plus
- Lifting up to 50lbs, including bending, twisting, crouching, etc.
- Must be able to stand for 10-hour work shift
- Must be able to work with oils/coolants
- Must be able to work in noisy environment
