Lathe Specialist - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Lathe Specialist to work in a family-owned job shop specializing in aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing work. The successful candidate will be trusted to solve problems, work on complex parts, and take ownership of their craft.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC machining lathe experience in a job shop environment
• Strong math, blueprint reading, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and run multiple machines
• Journeyman's card in CNC and/or Toolmaking
• CAD/CAM knowledge
