Job Description
The Senior Manager, YouTube Intelligence is responsible for turning content and platform data into creative/strategic decisions across Beast Industries’ entire YouTube channel ecosystem. This is a high-output player-coach role that involves deep analysis, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to improve content performance and overall channel health and growth trajectory.
Requirements
- Deep native-level fluency with YouTube as a platform
- Understanding of the algorithm, metrics, and content decisions that translate into viewership outcomes
- High proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, SQL, and AI tools
- Ability to present complex analytical findings to creative leaders and drive action
- Experience managing or directing junior analysts
- Obsession with YouTube and excitement about keeping the biggest creator on the platform at #1
