Job Description
Beast Industries is seeking a VP of Brand Partnerships to lead the identification, structuring, and execution of holistic brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in partnerships, integrated media sales, or business development at leading platforms or media organizations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships, integrated media sales, branded content, or business development
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive 360° brand partnerships
- Exceptional strategic negotiation skills
- Outstanding executive presence, communication, and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of media monetization, IP licensing structures, digital content production processes, branded entertainment, and influencer marketing best practices
- Strong collaborative and cross-functional leadership capabilities
