As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of Support Analysts who respond to and resolve customer inquiries. You will manage team performance, ensure efficient and quality-focused client interactions, and provide coaching and feedback to improve Analyst performance.
Manage team performance, monitor phone and e-case queues, provide coaching and feedback, participate in escalation processes, conduct regular meetings, develop and implement tactical plans, and perform case quality audits.
