Job Description
The Associate Attorney will assist existing attorneys with their caseloads, independently carry a diverse caseload, and have experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Membership and good standing with the Ohio State Bar
- 3+ years of foreclosure, title, and/or financial services experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
