Job Description
Monitor and complete foreclosure-related tasks on client sites, update and respond as needed, and act as a liaison between clients and Foreclosure South Operations and Attorneys.
Requirements
- Utilize reports and system-generated workflows to identify matters requiring escalation;
- Timely update general foreclosure processes on foreclosure files in internal case management system and client sites;
- Work client sites through all stages of foreclosure process;
- Monitor, re-project, and complete document processes for SOTs, assignments, deeds, and other documents;
- Communicate with various departments and respond to various inquiries from clients and staff;
- Timely respond to system messages accurately and thoroughly with professionalism/courtesy;
- Upload/download documents as required;
- Perform any other client required system tasks;
- Maintain proper notes within internal and client system of record;
- Keep managers and/or team leads informed of issues of concern;
- Attend monthly performance calls with various clients;
- Monitor client portfolio of loans within team structure, including scorecard handling and monthly reporting;
