Job Description
Manage all administrative tasks associated with the legal process of NY foreclosures, including drafting, responding to correspondence, and updating client systems. Work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Requirements
- Consistently and accurately update the firm's internal case management system and clients' systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic and physical documents
- Communicate with clients and court personnel professionally and effectively
- Draft legal notices or other types of legal pleadings
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
