Job Description
The QC & Compliance Liaison will report directly to the Supervisor of QC & Compliance and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree or 3 years' experience in the legal/default servicing industry.
Requirements
- Monitor and ensure Client System Workloads are completed timely and accurately
- Liaise with Management, Ops, and IT for implementation of new directives
- Create comprehensive training materials for new hires and existing client requirements
- Timely handle and monitor client escalations to conclusion
- Create reports for Management, Attorneys, and Clients
