Job Description
Seeking a Construction Coordinator to support field execution and day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects.
Requirements
- Manage project administrative responsibilities including site access, badging coordination, and field logistics support.
- Coordinate submittals and approvals between contractors and engineering teams.
- Support day-to-day field activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
- Serve as first-line contact for contractors regarding daily field issues and coordination needs.
- Monitor daily construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
- Support and monitor quality control activities in the field.
- Generate and maintain daily field reports, documentation, and photo logs.
- Assist in tracking schedule impacts and communicating field updates to project leadership.
