Process Engineer - Wet Chemistry

The Process Engineer - Wet Chemistry is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing wet chemical processes in advanced manufacturing and materials processing environments.

Requirements

• Contribute to the design of wet chemistry processes
• Develop and lead implementation of advanced manufacturing processes
• Develop specifications for process equipment
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers to design, construct, deliver, and install process equipment
• Conduct research to develop new and improved processes
• Develop methods and procedures to process and handle chemicals and materials
• Design and plan equipment layout
• Work with R&D team to translate lab-scale processes to pilot scale and production scale processes
• Work with regulatory team to establish safety procedures and safety controls
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and train junior process engineers
• Perform other duties as assigned
