Job Description
This Shift Lead role is responsible for leading the fill operation, coordinating resources and overseeing store preparation for opening. The ideal candidate will coach colleagues on one best way, manage performance, and ensure a smooth and efficient store opening process. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, delivering a great customer experience, and supporting team managers.
