Job Description
The Team Support Manager - Food role is responsible for leading the fill operation, delivering a salesfloor that is ready to trade, and coordinating resource to Serve, Sell and Fill. The role also involves coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity in readiness for store opening.
Requirements
- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation
- Leading the fill operation and coaching colleagues on One Best Way
- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience
- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently
- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store
- Supporting team managers and sharing observations of colleagues
- Supporting nearby stores if operationally required
- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required
- Completing tasks related to the opening and closing of the building
