Job description
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Team Leader to manage our End User Computing (EUC) team. You will provide our users with a secure, reliable and scalable workplace experience, combining deep technical expertise with proven people leadership skills.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, oversee daily EUC operations, manage the full endpoint lifecycle, define and maintain clear support structures, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
You will raise the bar on service quality, automation, endpoint security and user satisfaction across multiple agencies and countries.
