Join a global healthcare biopharma company as a Senior Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for enterprise Quality and Compliance platform. Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Digital, and IT teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable system operations.
Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for Quality and Compliance platform and associated integrations. Support, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations, analyze and resolve integration and data flow issues, and manage user access, roles, and permissions.
Experience with MuleSoft-based integrations and object-oriented programming is highly valued. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills are required. Excellent communication skills to bridge business, quality, and technical teams are essential.
