Our Digital Human Health (DHH) team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. The Associate Director of Global Marketing Engagement for influenza will lead development and delivery of data and analytics, generate strategic insights, and assist in addressing key business questions from the Vaccines Global Marketing team to inform current and future pipeline Vaccines asset and portfolio strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or business-related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in insights & analytics, strategic planning, advanced analytics, market research, marketing or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong communication skills using effective storytelling grounded on data insights
- Comfortable formulating actionable insights and recommendations from commercial analytics into presentations
- Deep understanding of Real-world data assets and commercial healthcare data ecosystem
- Experience conducting secondary data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills
- Relationship-building, problem solving and influencing skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
