The Associate Director, New Product Payer Marketing role is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies for Intismeran Autogene. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and execution of provider and site-of-care strategy for this new pipeline product. The role involves contributing to projects on discount/contracting assumptions, specialty distributor integration and orchestration, value messaging, evidence generation, resource development, field training, and asset and future indication launch planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care or Sales
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proactive self-starter capable of addressing complex problems with minimal guidance
- Skilled in managing change, anticipating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities
