Job Description
We are a high-performing global team that helps our colleagues stay informed, prepared, and aligned through clear, timely cybersecurity communications. We support infrastructure security product initiatives by translating technical updates into actionable guidance for employees and stakeholders. We take a customer-centric approach and strive to deliver the best user experience possible.
Requirements
- Create, manage, and execute cybersecurity communication plans with a focus on infrastructure security product initiatives
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and risk product teams and stakeholders to deliver end-user and stakeholder communications, awareness campaigns, and change communications
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging
- Support infrastructure security product initiatives with communication and change management deliverables
- Develop and deliver global communications for cybersecurity and infrastructure product changes
