We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide proactive, high-quality, flexible, and reliable operational and administrative support to one or more teams at our Haarlem location.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO+ diploma, preferably in an administrative direction.
- Several years of relevant work experience, preferably within a large organization and in support of management and/or marketing teams.
- Demonstrable experience with financial administration and SAP/Ariba.
- Digitally skilled: excellent practical knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and experience with collaboration tools, cloud platforms, and basic knowledge of workflow or ticket systems;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (fluent, spoken, and written) and good command of English.
- Analytical and orderly; independent judgment, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Team player, flexible, stress-resistant, and eager to learn.
