Senior Operator

We are looking for a Senior Operator to lead a production team of 6 to 15 operators in daytime operations, ensuring the factory runs and excels. The role involves developing operational processes, managing consumables and packaging administration, and supporting SHE activities.

Requirements

• At least a level 4 MBO diploma and experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food environment.
• GMP, production processes, automation (MES/EBR is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality.
• Speaks Dutch and English (fluently).
