Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working and experienced BOH Team Lead to supervise all food preparation activities and ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. Practices proper product control, handling of inventory and equipment, and follows food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in food service
- New York City Food Protection Certificate
- Previous experience in training, food and beverage sanitation requirements, equipment operation and liquor laws
