Job Description
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is hiring a Senior Manager Accounting to oversee operational accounting functions, including monthly close process, and review financial statements and related account analysis. The role will manage a team of 4 people and be responsible for SOX compliance, internal reports, and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
- CPA License Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Excellent developmental and motivational techniques
- Strong analytical account analysis skills
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with cross functional groups and executive management
- Ability to evaluate processes and recommend and implement more efficient practices and procedures
