Job Description
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to administer the ServiceNow platform for the MSG Family of Companies, ensuring proper maintenance and enhancement of the platform according to industry best practices. The successful candidate will work independently and with direction to resolve defects and deliver enhancements, and will have experience with designing and implementing large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years' experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in scripting language(s) like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML
- Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and SPO modules of ServiceNow
- ITIL certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
