VP Risk Management

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Vice President- Risk Management to create comprehensive risk and insurance management policies and framework for the MSG family of companies. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee negotiations, and manage the Risk Management department to achieve optimal balance between risk, cost, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, including Insurance program oversight, and claims management
• JD or CPCU would be beneficial
• Strong ability to articulate as well as present complex insurance and risk management issues in a concise manner
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding actuarial analysis, accruals impact on budgets, and cost-of-risk optimization strategies
• Prior experience in managing others effectively
