Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience
- Strong cross-functional leader who can partner with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of sports, music, media, and entertainment marketing platforms
- Ability to understand business financials, set benchmarks and disseminate financial information
- Proven developer of talent
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Advanced strategic and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to convert insights into business opportunities
- Project management: ability to keep projects on track and delegate when necessary
