MSHN Enterprises is a supervised group home dedicated to providing therapeutic psycho-social rehabilitation for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The role involves ensuring resident safety, maintaining professional conduct, and adhering to strict guidelines for medication assistance and documentation. The position offers a supportive living program focused on independence and skilled living. MSHN Enterprises provides professional, supervised therapy in a supportive living setting.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Divers license or state ID
• Successful completion of a drug screen
• Background checks (no assault, bodily harm, weapons/drugs)
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR/First aid certification or MSHN CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment
• TB-Skin test result or completion of MSHN first-day testing
• Good Communication Skills and Organization & Prioritization of Tasks
