AI Product Manager for AI-powered MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience. Responsible for turning LLMs and agentic workflows into high-margin, revenue-generating engines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of AI/SaaS PM experience
- Commercial instinct with track record of owning a P&L or revenue KPIs
- Technical depth in AI concepts, including tokens, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- MSP/ITSM domain knowledge (bonus)
- Global collaboration skills
