Job Description
MSS Security is seeking Relief Security Officers to work at Homes Victoria sites in Melbourne, including Carlton, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Prahran, Park Towers, Emerald Hill, Richmond, North Melbourne, Williamstown, Debney Park, with a Master License Number: 409-987-30S.
Requirements
- Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and write reports to ensure security and safety equipment is functioning properly.
