Job Description
Join our team at Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a Front Desk Night Manager! The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Front Desk/Reservation Management and a passion for customer service and leadership.
Requirements
- Previous Supervisor experience preferred
- Must be able to maintain and present a professional appearance
- A professional attitude is required at all times
- Must be honest and dedicated
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and be trustworthy
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Must possess excellent time management skills and strong communication skills
- Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service
