Requirements

• Completed studies / completed training in the field of personnel management, psychology, business administration or a similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in personnel management or HR
• Empathy and the ability to work in a challenging environment
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data
• High team skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independence and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Openness to digital working processes
• Affinity for working with new software
