Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the Companys Technical Team, ensuring accurate management of technical correspondences, regulatory submissions, and related documentation.
Requirements
- Manage technical and regulatory documentation, including correspondence and communications with government entities.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and coordination materials across internal functions.
- Organize schedules, records, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Track and maintain updates on regulatory formalities and permits.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement with SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, and other relevant government institutions.
