Software Engineer, Reporting & Insights

Muck Rack is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Reporting & Insights Team. The team builds the reporting and analytics capabilities that help customers understand the reach, impact, and performance of their media coverage and communications efforts. The successful candidate will design and develop product features that power reporting, insights, and data analysis across the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building applications with the Django framework
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably Vue.js
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL, and ORM patterns
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows
