Consumer and Home Loan Closer/Processor

The Consumer and Home Loan Closer/Processor oversees the loan application process, communicates with clients, and coordinates the loan closing process. They approve credit analysis, validate and verify loan application information, and present loans to the Loan Review Committee for review.

Requirements

• Supervise or Manage outreach activities to familiarize Tribal Members and the community about Tribal Loan programs and services.
• Oversee Credit Counselor and loan specialist position and analyze all loan applicants for Mortgage, vehicle and personal loans.
• Review and approve all loan documents such as Promissory Notes, Deeds of Trust, and Closing disclosures.
