Security Officer II

Under general supervision, is responsible for assisting in the protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, and all visitors of the Tribe. Performs security patrols, investigates incidents, and writes reports. Provides assistance to Tribal members, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• A valid Washington State driver’s license
• Certificate of completion of a First Aid/CPR course
• Understanding and following written and verbal instructions
• Writing investigative reports
• Working independently
• Making independent sound decisions
• Operation of necessary equipment including a two-way radio and motor vehicle
• Emergency preparedness training and understanding
• Computer skills, filing, report writing, etc.
• Maintaining confidentiality
