Job Description
Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for reviewing and authorizing journal entries and account reconciliations, preparing comprehensive ABL reports, and administering account management processes within JDE, Blackline, and FCC systems.
Requirements
- Oversee and participate in monthly close process and other daily activities
- Manage annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors
- Ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance
- Help lead, identify, and implement best practices and improvements in accounting and reporting processes and controls
- Ensure accuracy of corporate records through strict account reconciliation procedures and periodic trial balance reviews
