Job Description
Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will lead the activities of production processes and personnel on various shifts, partner with departments to establish production priorities and plans, and meet or exceed goals established for safety, labor efficiencies, and production related goals. The role requires strong leadership attributes, excellent communication skills, and a consistent track record of executing performance objectives with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Three to five years' experience in a union manufacturing facility
- Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS skills
- Strong Communicator
