Benefits Junior Associate Director - 12-month FTC

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Benefits Junior Associate Director to support the development of the Company’s Benefits strategy and processes. The role will focus on benefits as the organisation further develops its offering and demonstrates the value of the benefits offering to employees.

• Relevant benefits experience, ideally at other financial services firms
• Experience evaluating benefits offerings against market practice and proposing recommendations
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and project management skills
