We are seeking an experienced senior lawyer to advise on legal matters, risk management and commercial strategies in the London office of MUFG Investor Services.
Requirements
- Qualified English solicitor
- 5-10 years PQE
- Admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales and in good standing
- Broad knowledge of commercial law and financial services
- Ability to review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts
- Experience with regulatory matters and risk management
