Job Description
As an Oracle Flexcube Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping MUFG Investor Services get more value from its core banking platform. You will conduct a structured review of licensed Flexcube modules, benchmark current usage, and produce a prioritised inventory of unutilised capabilities. You will also work with the Banking Family Lead and Application Management to validate findings and agree a rationalisation roadmap, and act as the primary coordination point for Oracle Support on open tickets and change requests.
Requirements
- Flexcube & Core Banking Knowledge
- Business Analysis
- Technical Skills (SQL proficiency, familiarity with Flexcube integration patterns, and data flows between Flexcube and downstream systems)
- Jira or similar backlog management tool
- Experience engaging with Oracle Financial Services
- Ability to assess bespoke platform customisations objectively
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking
