Senior Associate, Genesis, Investor Trading Operations

Join MUFG Investor Services as a Senior Associate in Investor Trading Operations and be an integral member of the Investor Operations team. Provide quality client service, ensure adherence to company policies, and participate in regular team check-in meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience
• 3+ years experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service
• Demonstrate an ability to problem solve and provide guidance, assistance when required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Client/customer service experience
• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities
• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset
• Time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate business logic and risk adverse approach to processes
• Demonstrate leadership/responsibility within a team in Investor Services, fund administration or relevant industry
